愛知県豊橋市生まれ。幼少期を香港で過ごす。
パレットクラブ13期卒業。「イラストレーターズ通信」会員。
東京を拠点に、書籍や雑誌、広告、WEB、パッケージデザインなど幅広く活動中。
いまを生きる女性たちをやさしくカラフルに描くほか、
2017年よりサイアノタイプによる青のモノトーンで構成した作品を制作、以来、ライフワークとする。
かわいらしさやユーモアを大切に、日常の何気ないひとこま、旅先で見た忘れられない光景、
そこにいる人々とその空気感を表現している。

katomari was born in Aichi, Japan, and spent her childhood in Hong Kong.
She is based in Tokyo and works extensively in books, magazines, advertising,
web, and package design.
In addition to gently and colorfully depicting contemporary women,
she has been working on cyanotype blue illustrations as her lifework since 2017.
With an emphasis on cuteness and humor, she expresses ordinary moments of daily life,
unforgettable scenes from her travels, and the people and atmosphere of the places she visits.
